I have to isolate a transparent and refractive object, but i can see a pass for this (refraction), is there a way to do it? additionally i can't compose the transparency pass all the object is textured with the nodal editor. Im working in lightwave 9.5 and my composition app is fusion. Here some screen shots describing the problem.
Thanks
P.D. please forgive my english

Hello Jimmy,
your english is fine.
LW 9.5 doesn't have a buffer that allows you to isolate the refraction as you'd like to.
If you have access to the LightWave Open Beta, you might want to try that (which is all I can say, sorry).
Cheers, Mike

Jimmy, If you need a tutorial video showing how to set this up and how to exploit it in Fusion for example I have one that I made for Dale that you can check out. Contact me at djlithium@hotmail.comThe video is about 43 minutes long and explains in detail how to set up the composite and where things are in lightwave to take advantage of this buffer in exrTrader 1.2.1
